本網站與數據平台如何處理資料。How this website and our data platform handle data.
一、適用範圍
本政策說明双双資訊有限公司（以下稱本公司）在官方網站，以及本公司為客戶建置與維運的數據平台服務中，如何蒐集、使用與保護資料。
1. Scope
This policy explains how Doubledouble Information Co., Ltd. ("we") collects, uses and protects data on this website and in the data platform services we build and operate for our clients.
二、本網站
本網站不設會員、不使用表單蒐集個人資料。若您以 Email 或電話與我們聯繫，我們只會將您提供的資料用於回覆與後續合作聯繫。
2. This website
This website has no user accounts and no forms that collect personal data. If you contact us by email or phone, we only use the information you provide to reply and to follow up on our work together.
三、數據平台與 Google 資料
- 平台經客戶授權後，唯讀取得其網站的 Google Analytics、Google Search Console 與 Google Ads 報表資料，例如造訪次數、廣告花費與點擊。
- 平台只儲存彙總後的統計數字，不取得、不儲存任何可識別個人的資料，也不存取廣告受眾名單。
- 資料僅用於產生該客戶自己的報表，不會提供、出售或分享給第三方，也不會用於廣告投放以外的其他目的。
- 客戶可隨時撤銷授權；撤銷後平台即停止讀取，並可依客戶要求刪除已儲存的資料。
3. Data platform and Google data
- With our clients' authorisation, the platform reads report data from their Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads accounts (for example sessions, ad cost and clicks). Access is read-only.
- The platform stores aggregated statistics only. It does not obtain or store personally identifiable information and does not access audience or customer lists.
- The data is used only to produce that client's own reports. It is not provided, sold or shared with third parties.
- Clients can revoke access at any time. The platform then stops reading their data, and stored data is deleted on request.
四、資料安全
授權憑證與金鑰僅存放於伺服器端的設定檔，不會傳送至瀏覽器；平台需登入使用，每位使用者只能看到自己單位的資料。
4. Security
Credentials and keys are stored only in server-side configuration and are never sent to browsers. The platform requires sign-in, and each user can only see their own organisation's data.
